Step One

STEP 1

Initial Consultation - $99 (applied towards the purchase of any program in Step 2)

Step 1 will allow us to evaluate your health, identify symptoms, understand your objectives, and determine the next best step for you. I want to learn more about you, your lifestyle, your history, your actual situation and what are your short and long terms, goals/expectations. After the initial consultation, you will leave with useful information that you can immediately integrate in your life. Expect 75 minutes for this first assessment (in person, virtual or by phone).

Step Two

A - Personalized Holistic Nutritional Plan - $269

In this step, you will receive your nutritional and lifestyle plan that will help you achieve your health goals. The plan is specifically customized for you, your needs, and your health goals. You will also receive recommendations for supplements that have been known (from scientific research) to have positive effects on your health. We will discuss how food may trigger or alleviate certain health conditions. Tonifying the system with appropriate nutrients is important but avoiding what triggers and nourish the fire that causes symptoms and discomforts is key to health success. We are strong believers that knowledge is essential to long lasting success. With the accurate information on how food impacts our health, it is easier to make more conscious choices on food and the lifestyle we choose.

B - Transformation program and coaching  

Studies show that it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit.

This 3-month program is built for you, your health goals and to create new, healthy and happy habits and lifestyle. Good nutrition and movement go together when working to achieve a healthy lifestyle. The sessions in this program are progressive, diversified and adapted to your specific current needs. Discussion on anything food related from: food choices, triggers to emotional eating, visit to the grocery store, meal preparation, hacks and tips in the kitchen; to training sessions and better movement. We will discuss where your habits are coming from, why you keep them in our life, how they impact you, evaluate if they still fit with your goals and adapt them to your current and future goals. We cover everything so that you have all the tools necessary to succeed without feeling deprived but leaving you energized, strong and confident, physically and mentally. Knowledge is power, progression over perfection, this is how long-lasting changes are achieved.

Personal Grocery Tour with Emilie – 89$

 

Ever felt lost in the grocery aisle? All the publicity gets you even more confused? How should I read the labels? And what it all mean? You think that eating healthy is expensive?

This service is helpful to make this task more fun, easy, fast and anxiety free! 75 minutes where I will answer your questions, explain the nutritional labels and claims, where to save money, where it's ok to spend a little more. I will provide all the information necessary to make healthier choices whether it is a new product or an old one. Be ready! This will be the best 75 minutes invested.

A food list and an e-recipe book will be provided.

45 min Follow Up – 75$ (or 3 for 210$)                  

Because motivation is not a lasting state of mind, « Pep Talk » is always a good way to help keep going in the life changes we are aiming to reach. This session is to measure the physical, mental and emotional progress. It will help to reinforce the new healthy behavior and your WHY! You will get all the support and decide the next step that is best for you and your progression. Together we will discuss solutions to any obstacle encountered, creating new objectives and modify your plan if required.
